Chocolate & Brandy Ice Cream

Unbelievably Easy to make Chocolate & Brandy Ice Cream.

200 gms dark chocolate
1pt double cream whipped to soft peaks
6 fluid oz brandy (can use vodka, whisky, gin, rum as an alternative – any spirit in the region of 36 – 40 % proof)
397g can Condensed milk

Melt chocolate over a pan of water.

Whip cream to soft peaks, stir in condensed milk and brandy.

Add chocolate and stir in. Put into a suitable container.

Pop in the freezer. Simple as that - no other attention required.
